Soffit, fascia & gutter questions, answered

Every roofline is different, so we price by the linear footage that needs work, the material (aluminum or vinyl), and how much rotted wood is behind it. A localized repair is far cheaper than a full replacement, which is exactly why catching it early pays off. We give you a clear written estimate for free — no obligation.

Both. If the damage is localized, we repair just the affected sections. If the material is failing across the roofline or the wood underneath is widely rotted, replacement is the smarter long-term fix. We'll tell you honestly which one your home actually needs.

The soffit is the horizontal panel under your roof overhang that ventilates the attic. The fascia is the vertical board along the roof edge that your gutters attach to. They work as a system, and we repair and install both.

Look for soft or spongy board, peeling paint, dark staining, gutters pulling away, or pests getting into the eaves. If you can push a screwdriver into the wood, it's rotted. We confirm it during a free inspection and replace the bad wood before any new fascia goes up.

Most repairs are done in a day. A full soffit-and-fascia replacement on an average home typically takes one to three days depending on the size of the roofline, how much wood rot we find, and the weather.

Aluminum and vinyl for soffit and fascia — both are rot-free and never need painting — plus aluminum wrap over fascia board and seamless 6" K-style aluminum gutters. We match colors to your existing trim from a wide range of options.

Yes. We form seamless aluminum gutters on-site for a custom fit, add downspouts that carry water away from your foundation, and install gutter guards to keep the system clog-free through storm season.

Usually, yes. Overflow is often a slope, size, or clog issue rather than a reason to replace everything. We re-slope, re-hang, clear and seal — and if the run is truly worn out, we replace just that section.

Yes. We repair storm-damaged soffit, fascia, gutters and trim, secure anything that's come loose so the next rain doesn't get inside, and take documentation photos of the damage for your records.
